An intimate 1:1 session with Tania allows for deep focus and rigorous searching. Bring your fears, your curiosities, and find a path of inquiry through the density of your clouding emotions. These cathartic sessions seek to bring clarity and understanding, and are open to everyone..

I personally support you in the process of resolving your inner world and opening up to life. Finding self-love, peace, alignment, clarity, understanding and joy is our birth right. I have discovered this personally through intense exploration, committed practice, and relentless wonderment.

From a young age, I have always been both fascinated by, as well as struggling with life’s ups and downs. Sometimes as a result of personal trauma, and others as a result of having simply misunderstood what life was really about.

What to Expect in Your Session

Whether your session is in person or online, it becomes a space with intention—free from judgment, full of curiosity, and rich with possibility. You'll be met exactly where you are, with whatever you're carrying.

Sessions are either 60 minutes or 120 minutes depending on your need. If it’s your first session, it’s recommended that you begin with a 60 minute session.

How to Prepare for Your Session

Before your session:

  • Set aside quiet time without distractions

  • Come with an open mind

  • Bring whatever feels alive in you—confusion, excitement, frustration, hope

  • Trust that you already have everything you need inside you. You only need the right questions and guidance to find it.

What to Bring:

  • A specific situation you'd like to explore (optional)

  • Notebook and pen (for any notes)

  • Willingness to be surprised by what you discover

  • Readiness to question assumptions with kindness
