METHODS

In this method we see that the individual mind is naturally multiple, and this multiplicity allows us to finally understand the powerful forces “parts” that live within each of us. These inner parts contain valuable qualities that our core “Zerospace” knows how to nurture, allowing us to become integrated and whole.

Parts Work is a non-pathologizing, applied methodology that is best experienced through direct practice.

Partswork and Zerospace is an, empowering paradigm for understanding and harmonizing the mind and larger human systems.

The main objective of IBC™ is to allow us to access and consistently embody a form of profound self-awareness of being that we call Zerospace.

In essence, IBC™ is a set of of very specific questions that we present ourselves. The IBC™ questions are answered with feeling not through thinking.

IBC™ Was co-developed at the Innerland Institute in Vancouver. We have been privileged to share this model with hundreds of practitioners, teams, and organizations all across North America and Europe.

IBC™ is a non-theoretical, non-pathologizing, applied methodology. You can read more about it in this research paper from the University of Bern conducted on the methodology. You can find an even more meticulous analysis of IBC™ within the book I co-authored, LIVING YOUR INNER FREEDOM: The Power of Zerospace.

Inquiry Based Coaching™ (IBC™) is a powerful model of self-transformation designed to deeply clean up the embedded negative and unconscious assumptions that we retain –about ourselves, others, and the world.

I call these creating internal third space practices. These practices create a conscious inner space from our internal process of assumptions, projections and dualistic mindset, in order to have access to our primordial wisdom beyond black and white thinking.

Dzogchen: Transmitted throughout centuries in the Nyingma tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, this extraordinary model of transformation has the aim of discovering and embodying the ultimate ground of existence.

Mahamudra: This tradition has been held in the Kagyu tradition of Tibetan Buddhism, this model has the aim of discovering and embodying the union of all apparent dualities to resolve the inherent human sense of separation.

Advaita: A subschool of Hindu Vedānta aiming at the attainment of moksha, release, or liberation from the cycle of existential suffering.

While pulling from multiple wisdom cultures and philosophies.

There are endless models and traditions of mindfulness in both Eastern and Western approaches to human transformation.

Through Heart Alchemy:

We understand and experience love and authenticity as the highest forms of human vibration, using the heart as a crucible for the alchemical transmutation of fear to love, and love to service.

We use the metaphor of the Alchemical Process: Dissolution, Coagulation and Crystallization to understand the internal process of turning existential pain into gold: the joy and love transmuted from our obstacles.

We learn the ins-and-outs of how to best support those we serve through the lens of Heart Alchemy.

Heart Alchemy transforms fear into love, density to light, turning life’s challenges into gold through the heart’s alchemical process.
